شركة محمد حمزة صرخوه وشركاه للمحاماة والاستشارات القانونية، هي إحدى الشركات الرائدة في أعمال المحاماة والاستشارات القانونية في الكويت، حيث تقدم العديد من الخدمات القانونية والاستشارية لعملائها من الافراد والشركات والمؤسسات على المستويين المحلي والدولي وباللغتين العربية والإنجليزية، وذلك عبر نخبة متميزة من المحامين والمستشارين القانونين من ذوي الخبرة الفنية والكفاءة العملية التي تمكنهم من تزويد العملاء بالخدمات القانونية والاستشارية وإيجاد الحلول المناسبة لأي من المشكلات القانونية باستخدام أحدث أساليب ووسائل التكنولوجيا الحديثة.
وقد تم تأسيس الشركة عام (2006) تحت مسمى “مكتب المحامي محمد حمزة صرخوه ـ محامون ومستشارون قانونيون” وذلك قبل ان يتحول الكيان إلى مسماه الجديد “شركة محمد حمزة صرخوه وشركاه للمحاماة والاستشارات القانونية” عام (2024)، ومنذ ذلك الوقت وهي تعمل في كافة المجالات المتعلقة بالمحاماة والاستشارات القانونية وتمثيل العديد من الأفراد والشركات، وكذلك الهيئات والمؤسسات في مختلف المجالات القانونية، بما في ذلك البنوك وشركات الاستثمار والتمويل، حقوق الملكية الفكرية، الخدمات القانونية العقارية، وكذلك الأعمال التجارية والمنازعات المتعلقة بالعمل والضرائب وقضايا الاسرة وغيرها، وذلك تحت إشراف المحامي المؤسس “محمد حمزة صرخوه” وهو محام مجاز أمام جميع المحاكم في الكويت ومقيد أمام التمييز والدستورية العليا، كما أنه مجاز كمستشار في التحكيم ولديه خبرة تزيد عن (23) عاماَ في هذا المجال، حيث تخرج من كلية الحقوق في جامعة الكويت عام (2000/1999) وتدرج في مهنة المحاماة منذ تخرجه، وتولى المرافعة والدفاع في العديد من القضايا، ولديه سجل حافل بالإنجازات في العديد من القضايا ذات الطابع المدني والتجاري والاداري والجنائي.
كما اجتاز العديد من الدورات المتخصصة المحلية والخارجية في الملكية الفكرية والتحكيم التجاري، وتولى العديد من المناصب الرفيعة أثناء مسيرته المهنية ومنها :

The firm is led by its founder, Attorney Mohammad Hamza Sorkhoh, a licensed advocate before all courts in Kuwait, including the Court of Cassation and the Constitutional Court. He is also a certified arbitration consultant with over 23 years of experience in the legal field. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Kuwait University in the academic year 1999/2000, and has steadily advanced in his legal career, representing clients in numerous high-profile cases. His track record includes notable achievements in civil, commercial, administrative, and criminal litigation.
In addition to his legal practice, Attorney Sorkhoh has completed several specialized courses both locally and internationally in intellectual property and commercial arbitration. Throughout his career, he has held a number of distinguished positions, including:
